My objective is to find all my buyers the best home in their price range.
I will provide you with dedicated service including:
- Helping you establish your price range.
- Helping you determine your needs and create a search to help find your home
- Keep you Informed of the current market conditions.
- Schedule appointments to view the home and provide advice while touring of the home.
- I can show you any listing, including homes from other agents and brokers. I have also worked with many grapevine listings and new builders. If the house is for Sale I can get you the information your need about the home.
- I am a member of the Ottawa Real Estate Board and have access to all Multiple Listings Service (MLS) listings and I receive the up-to-date information on all homes listed in the area. I am able to make computerized searches based on your requirements and you will receive notices up to 36 Hours before they are released to the public MLS.
- I will assist you with all aspects of your offer to purchase, including helping you with price, closing dates, deposits, and what extras to ask for.
- I am an experienced negotiator and will obtain the best possible deal for you.
- I will assist you with details involved in closing the sale and guide you to make this process as stress free as possible.
